Anyone that knows Nathan would say he’s ‘always been in shape.’ His first set of dumbbells was given to him by his grandmother on his eighth birthday. Since then, strength and fitness have remained constant in his daily living. With a background in football and rugby, he strongly believes in explosive strength training and improving the body’s balance, endurance and coordination.
He wouldn’t push you any less than he would himself, so expect to exceed your limits and experience failure often. If you don’t hate him at the end of your workout then he has failed as a trainer.

Taylor comes from a sport-driven background which later evolved into a love for boxing and high intensity interval training. She graduated from ASU with a degree in Kinesiology and has practiced numerous training styles, with a focus on boxing, since 2011. She utilizes her sport-specific training and competitive boxing knowledge to help her clients achieve their individual goals.

A training session with Taylor consists of everything from hitting the heavy bag and working on technique with the mitts to improving your speed and agility with ladders and sleds. She believes greatness happens outside of your comfort zone- whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete her goal is that you leave every session feeling not only completely exhausted but like you accomplished the physically impossible! You’ll sweat, you’ll laugh, and you might even cry but you’ll leave a badass on the inside and out. Boom.
