This high intensity class will teach you the fundamentals of boxing while improving your speed, endurance and agility. You will be wrapped and gloved up for the majority of the hour- the instructor will work you through a heart pumping warm up, heavy bag work, partner mitt work, and boxing technique drills that will leave you dripping in sweat. You’ll leave feeling completely exhausted, empowered and hungry for more!
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a mix of traditional martial arts and combat sport with a focus in grappling and ground work. This self-defense based fighting system will teach you to overcome your opponent (no matter their size) using joint manipulation and chokeholds. Our BJJ instructors are high level blackbelts and masters of the technical and practical technique. All student’s are required to wear a Gi during class- we provide a Gi for first time students but returning students must purchase their own for sanitary reasons.
Don’t be fooled by the 35 minute time cap! This fat blasting HIIT class will have you praying for the bell to ring! With a combination of punches, kicks, plyometrics, and abs, Kickfit will leave you feeling shredded on the inside and out!
Muay Thai is traditional style combat sport combining punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. Our world renown instructors will guide you through the different striking techniques and combinations. A typical Muay Thai class will consist of a dynamic warm up, demonstration of the technique or combination for the day and mastery of the combination by way of partner Thai pads or heavy bag work. This hour long class will leave you feeling not only sweaty but like you’ve learned the real and traditional sport of Muay Thai!

Mixed martial arts is a full-contact combat sport that allows the use of striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground. Learn all the basics, hand and foot-work behind MMA in this easy-to-follow class taught by experienced MMA fighters.
Ready for a killer workout? This class is not for the beginners. This hour is a high intensity, high volume, full-body workout! With a mix of weights and cardio you’re sure to get a great sweat in to finish the night!

Bags and Bars
This class is the best of both fitness worlds! You will train 30 minutes on the bag with increments of five minute exercises. After your heart rate is elevated and your body is sweaty you will make your way to the weight room. With every class being different, the instructor will burn out each individual muscle group with a mix of weights, battle ropes, tires, resistance bands, and more! Bags and Bars is the perfect combination of strength, agility, and conditioning to help you reach any fitness goal!
